subRosa is a group of feminist cultural researchers committed to combining art, activism, and politics to explore and critique the effects of the intersections of the new information and biotechnologies on women's bodies, lives, and work. In this article, collaboratively written by members of subRosa, artistic approaches to activism are discussed as the backdrop for The Interventionists, an exhibition of activist art at MASS MoCa.
